Heart & Soul Dialogue Couple Sessions

Introduction — Why Relationships Hurt

Relationships touch the deepest layers of our emotional and soul life. When old wounds, unmet needs, or survival strategies get activated, couples can lose connection — not because they don’t love each other, but because parts of them are hurting.

These sessions offer a safe, compassionate space where both partners can be seen, heard, and understood — individually and together.

What happens in a couple session

In a couple session, we sit together in presence and curiosity and explore what arises between you.

We listen to the emotional parts in each partner that feel hurt, scared, reactive, or unseen and we support them in expressing what they truly need.

I ask heart‑ and soul‑grounded questions that gently guide you toward the hidden, hurting, or needing places within yourselves and within your relationship.

This creates space for deeper connection, clarity, and healing.

Who this is work for

  • couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns

  • partners who love each other but can’t communicate

  • relationships affected by trauma, childhood wounds, or emotional overwhelm

  • couples navigating polarity, intimacy, or spiritual awakening

  • partners who want to reconnect at a deeper emotional or soul level

Common Relationship Experiences

When Love Feels Distant

In everyday life, after some time together or living together, relationships often begin to feel dry, brittle, low in passion, low in love, or simply routine.

When Conflict Takes Over

Or things erupt constantly and you trigger each other up and down the walls.

When Silence Becomes the Default

Or you fall into silence and slowly drift apart.

When “Harmony” Becomes a Cage

Or you get stuck in “harmony zones” where you feel safe, but not truly alive or free — more like constricted, tight, or suffocated.

Understanding Protective Parts in Relationships

More and more couples are beginning to realise that the ones interacting in these moments are not their authentic, deepest, soul‑based Selves, but rather protective parts and defence strategies.

These parts have every right to exist — they protect our childhood wounds. And by that I don’t only mean severe trauma, but all the small and large everyday moments in which we didn’t receive what we individually needed emotionally from our caregivers in order to experience ourselves as valuable, real, and made of love.

The more protection is active instead of the SoulSelf, the more frustrating the dynamics become, and the more entangled the co‑dependencies.

Questions That May Resonate

  • How do we live a connection that is alive, authentic, and rooted in love.

  • How do we bridge the canyons that separate us as lovers and as souls in human form.

  • What keeps us from allowing vulnerable closeness and emotional intimacy.

  • How can we meet each other more honestly, deeply, vulnerably, and nakedly.

  • How do we move beyond power struggles, victim/perpetrator roles, false pride, or rescuing dynamics.

  • How do we stop functioning behind façades and begin truly seeing each other.

  • How do we meet from soul to soul, heart to heart, mind to mind, and body to body.

Themes we can explore deeper:

Emotional & Developmental Themes

  • Finding individual pathways that support each partner’s personal growth and heart‑based self‑realisation.

  • Differentiating protective mechanisms from authentic SoulSelf expression.

  • Understanding which parts create conflict, distance, or co‑dependency.

  • Exploring why closeness feels blocked, unsafe, or “like a service.”

  • Seeing how each partner may sabotage emotional, soulful, or physical intimacy.

Archetypal & Relational Dynamics

  • Recognising gender archetypes (Amazon – Henpecked Husband, Patriarch – Grey Mouse, Matriarch – Inadequate Son, Casanova – Seductress, etc.) that play out in your relationship and how they contribute to co-dependency.

  • Understanding dynamics around power, vulnerability, closeness, and distance, inhabiting truth

  • Learning how to let each other in more deeply and honestly.

H3: Trauma‑Informed Support

I hold space for your souls, hearts, and nervous systems, supporting you in rediscovering safety, connection, and regulation.

H3: Enneagram Dynamics

If helpful, we explore how your Enneagram patterns interact and how they can support healing and growth.

H3: Soul‑Level Exploration

If needed, we journey beyond emotional and energetic dynamics into your individual and shared soul history:

  • Do you know each other from past lives.

  • Are there old wounds or unhealed karmic patterns.

  • Are there outdated soul contracts.

  • Are you SoulMates — and what kind.

  • What is your original SoulSpecies and how does it influence your dynamic.
