Legal Notice & Professional Disclosure
Professional Credentials:
Fully qualified and German-state-licensed Psychotherapeutic Practitioner (German: Heilpraktikerin & Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), a comprehensive medical and therapeutic qualification regulated by the German "Heilpraktikergesetz" (Naturopathy Act). This state license, obtained after rigorous medical and psychological examination, grants the authority for independent clinical practice, including diagnostics and the treatment of psychological disorders within the German jurisdiction.
Please note that while this qualification allows for a wide clinical scope in Germany, it does not have a direct equivalent in the Irish regulatory system. I do not claim the title of an Irish-registered psychologist or CORU-regulated psychotherapist.
Scope of Practice: My services focus on the treatment and alleviation of psychological distress and psychosomatic imbalances. My practice is informed by clinical frameworks (ICD-10/ICD-11), though it does not replace the necessity of psychiatric intervention or medical diagnosis by an Irish-registered GP or Consultant Psychiatrist where clinically indicated.
Therapeutic Approach: I offer an Existential & Transpersonal Treatment Approach. My work is grounded in the understanding that clinical symptoms—such as depressive moods, anxiety states, or self-esteem disorders—are often manifestations of deeper existential crises. I specialise in trauma-informed, depth-oriented healing processes that bridge the gap between clinical understanding and spiritual inquiry.
Methodological Framework: My clinical work operates within the tradition of Existential Therapy (Irvin Yalom, Viktor Frankl) and Analytical Psychology (C.G. Jung). I treat spiritual and existential inquiries as essential components of the therapeutic and healing process.
