Consultation and Payment:

Please contact me by email to schedule a session.
After we confirm the date and I receive your payment by bank transfer (at least three days before the session), I will send you the Zoom link.
If a session has to be cancelled on my side, you will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Individual & Couple Sessions

Because each session time is reserved exclusively for one client or couple:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are charged at the full fee, regardless of the reason.

• If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we can reschedule your appointment.

Groups

• Group cancellations require two weeks’ notice.

• Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

• Arriving 15 minutes late or more counts as a no‑show and is non‑refundable.

 

Confidentiality and Usage of Recorded Materials:

All information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential. Client anonymity and privacy will be rigorously maintained.

My work takes place within the specific scope of personal, transpersonal and existential process work. The emotional, energetic and spiritual processes explored through the Four Paths of EnLovenment / InDivinality are offered as non-clinical, depth-oriented support and do not replace medical, psychiatric or other clinical treatment where such care is required.

Although my work explicitly includes Soul, spirituality and the Divine, it is not lifestyle or wellness coaching, nor spirituality detached from psychological depth.

The InDivinality / EnLovenment framework has evolved through my own professional and experiential path and is informed by depth-psychological, humanistic, transpersonal and existential traditions.

Its influences include Sigmund Freud, C. G. Jung, Roberto Assagioli (Psychosynthesis), Fritz Perls and Fritz Riemann, as well as contemporary transpersonal and integrative approaches.

I have also been deeply influenced by teachers and practitioners including Stace & Brie Barron, Artho & Veeta Wittemann, Robert Masters and Gabor Maté, among others. I name these influences to honour the people whose work has contributed to the development of my own understanding and practice. They do not imply formal affiliation, accreditation or endorsement.

Within this framework, Heart Dialogue, Soul Dialogue and Source Dialogue bring psychological depth into conversation with spiritual inquiry. Perspectives found in the work of James Hillman and Stanislav Grof, among others, have informed my understanding of psychological themes not merely as symptoms to be eliminated, but as possible gateways into deeper self-understanding, integration, Soul embodiment and expanded ways of being.

• My sessions, texts, videos, and seminars offer insight and guidance, not medical or psychological instructions.

• I make no healing promises and offer no guarantees of any kind.

• Clients are responsible for how they interpret and apply the content.

• My work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

I expect mutual respect in all individual and group sessions. Inappropriate behaviour — emotional, verbal, or energetic — will not be tolerated.

 

Termination & Progress

Either party may terminate the work at any time. Goals and progress are collaboratively explored, though individual results vary.

If you choose to discontinue before a meaningful point in the process, you assume full responsibility for the consequences. No reimbursement or compensation is available for incomplete processes.

 

Emergency Situations

If there is immediate danger to yourself or others, I reserve the right to breach confidentiality to ensure safety, in accordance with Irish best‑practice guidelines.

 

Agreement and Updates:

By participating in any of the services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be promptly communicated. 

 

For any legal disputes, Irish law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is County Sligo, Ireland.
